Information to Include in your Email:
- A recent photo of you with your face visible
- no ‘glamour shots’ please – a photo showing ‘the real you’ is ideal
- Describe any specific concern which you wish to address through your session.
- Your timezone
- Your preferred time for your session
- I will reply to your email to schedule your appointment(s).
- Your exchange must be received prior to your session(s).
What to Expect:
At your scheduled session time you should be laying down in a comfortable and quiet space where you will not be interrupted.
You may notice sensations in your body, and you may feel emotions surfacing; this is not uncommon.
Whatever arises simply allow the experience to flow through you.
Hydrate well! Ensuring you consume enough water is vital to your body’s functions on all levels. At least 2 litres per day is recommended, and you may wish to drink more before and after your session(s).
